Crispy Kale Fried Eggs
Preparation Time: 20 min
1 bundle Kale
0.2 fl oz Olive oil
0.1 fl oz Lemon juice
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Black pepper
2 piece Eggs
– Wash and dry the kale well.
– Chop them and in a pan with the oil.
– Whisk the eggs with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
– Pour over your kale and saute for a couple of minutes.
