Healthy Weekend Menu

It’s almost weekend, why not celebrate and Invite your Friends or Family over for a healthy and delicious dinner? On the menu is a yummy hazelnut salad and turkey burgers, followed by a chocolate yoghurt dessert. Lets get the cooking starting!

Spinach and Hazelnut Salad

0.25 oz Hazelnuts
0.2 oz Brown sugar
0.2 oz Agar powder
Cooking spray
0.5 fl oz Fresh orange juice
0.2 fl oz Canola oil
0.2 oz dijon mustard
Black pepper
Spinach bundle

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and place in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, roast till hazlenuts redden. Remove and allow to cool
2) Mix the orange juice with the next 4 ingredients. Place the spinach leaves in a bowl and pour the juice mixture over it. Toss and top with the hazelnuts

Turkey Burger


4 oz Turkey ground
1 oz Zuccchini
0.25 oz Bread crumbs
0.6 oz Onion
1 Egg
1/4 bundle Parsley
0,5 Garlic clove
Black pepper
1.5 oz Whole grain burger bun

1) Mix ground turkey, grated zucchini, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 egg white, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Form into a patty.
2) Heat a skillet over medium heat; arrange patty in skillet and cook until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
3) Serve hot with whole grain bun.

Chocolate yogurt


Preparation time: 5 minutes

6 oz Fat-free greek yogurt
0.6 oz Nutella

1) Pour yogurt in a bowl
2) Stir in the nutella. Serve cold
