Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

Mushroom and spinach scrambled eggs

Cherry tomatoes (4 oz)
Spinach (0.25 bundle)
Mushrooms (1.4 oz)
Olive oil (0.5 fl oz)
Eggs (3 piece)

Preparation: Heat the oil in a skillet at low-medium heat. Put chopped tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and eggs  in the pan.  Add some salt and pepper after your own taste and enjoy!

Ginger peach smoothie

Ginger peach smoothie

Preparation Time: 10 min

Peach (5.5 oz)
Unsweetened rice milk (2 fl oz)
Ginger powder (2 Pinch)
Ice cubes (4 Piece)

Preparation: Peel and slice the peaches into slices. Place the peaches, the rice milk, ginger powder and ice cubes in a blender. Mix together till a smooth texture.

Oatmeal muffins

Oatmeal muffins

Serving Size: 1 muffin

Banana (3 oz)
Raisins (1.25 oz)
Oats (20 oz)
Almond milk (8 fl oz)
Houney ( 1/3 oz)
Baking powder (2 tsp)
Nutmeg (1 Pinch)
Cinnamon (1 Pinch)

Transfer 3 cups rolled oats to a blender and whisk for a few seconds until 2 cups flour forms. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Whisk in baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey, and set aside.  Place the muffins in muffin tins and let bake for 10 to 15 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
