Reasons to Jump out of Bed? Why should you wake up so early, especially on winter days? Early in the morning, when the alarm clock rings, the best place to be is in bed. And when you are not sure about the purpose of waking up, time goes by and you are still inside, away from coldness. During a coaching session I recently had, I was trying to find some motivational tips to help my client to wake up in the morning.
Positive mindset. When we envision how we’ll look after we lose weight or get fit we feel euphoric, and so we begin our routine of eating better, and exercising more. As time goes on, we realize just how much strength we’ll need to fight off cravings and stay motivated, when suddenly maintaining a positive outlook feels impossible.
Here are some tips to help you stay motivated in the gym. This list features some tips you can use to keep yourself going to the gym long after most people have quit.
Break Down Your Goals:
Set weekly or monthly goals (lose .5 kg a week, gain .2kg in lean muscle mass a month etc.) rather than envisioning what you want to accomplish a year or two years from now.
