Hi! I am Sascha, your Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.
So I’ve heard someone wants to get in shape? You’ve knocked at the right door. Ever since I was a kid, sports made up most of my day´s activity. I grew up in the south of The Netherlands where I played soccer competitively, being on the pitch 5 days per week. My passion for sports and competing in it are probably the main reasons that have led me to studying the field of physical preparation and sports.
When it comes to sports and physical preparation, I am a firm believer of the “less is more” philosophy. Nutrition and rest also play a very important role to achieve results in fitness, and should not be neglected, whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle. Too many people over-train, have insufficient diets, and do not get enough quality rest in between training sessions. Great news for you: BeYou is here to teach you how to balance your body and mind activity! We all have a social and family life (do you really think I take my 5-year old son to my training sessions?) and I am here to remind you that you must set your goals accordingly.
