Healthy Avocado, Banana & Mint Easy Green Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 chopped banana
1 roughly chopped avocado
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 handful spinach
5-7 mint leaves
2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Peel the and chop the banana and avocado.
  2. Squeeze half a lemon.
  3. Chop a handful of spinach roughly.
  4. In a blender place the spinach, banana, avocado, mint leaves, squeezed lemon and water.
  5. Blend until smooth.

Serve with your favourite toppings, such as granola, strawberries, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
