Low Calorie Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
0.8 oz Apple
0.4 oz Almonds
1.5 oz Quinoa
0.4 fl oz/ honey/ maple syrup

Directions:

Add quinoa and chopped apple to 1/3 cup boiling water. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10  minutes. Remove from heat.
