Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • Oats    5.5 oz
  • Almonds   2.5 oz
  • Chia seeds    1 oz
  • Dates   1.3 oz
  • Carrots    3.5 oz
  • Almond milk  8 fl oz
  • Maple syrup  2 fl oz
  • Vanilla   3 tsp
  • Coconut oil   2 fl oz
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • All-spice

Preparation:

1) Preheat oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Spread mixture evenly over baking sheet, about 1/2″ thick. Use your hands to form batter into a rectangular shape.

3) Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

4) Once completely cool, use a sharp knife to cut into 12 equal bars.
