Fit Girl’s Kitchen continue sharing another one of her favorite recipes. Granola is not only a satisfying, easy to make and filling, it’s also a nutritious contribution to your breakfast. Hence, it also suits those of you who wants to lose weight. One serving is around half a cup.  Enjoy and happy weekend!

Ingredients:

2 cups thick rolled oats

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup raw walnuts

1/4 cup amaranth seeds

1 cup dried cranberries (any dried fruit)

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup shaved coconut

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Honey

Pink himalayan sea salt

Coconut Super Grain Granola Ingrediens

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix oats and other granola ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Melt coconut oil and add to mixture.
  4. Add honey and sea salt to taste.
  5. Spread on rimmed baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
