All it take is 7 ingredients, no sugar and 15 minutes to have an outstanding desert ready.

Skinny Apple Crumble

Total Serving Size: 15 pieces

Ingredients:

35 oz apple
2 oz walnuts
8.4 oz oats
1 fl oz. water
1 oz  honey
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation:
– Peel the apples, remove the seeds and slice into thin slices.
– Place the apple slices in a (30*20 cm) baking dish and spread the chopped walnuts evenly over them.
– In a bowl, combine oats, water, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon.
– Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apple slices and bake in the oven, on 300° F, until crunchy and golden brown.
