5 Minute Perfect Summer Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 persimmon fruit
¼ tsp orange blossom water or juice of 1/2 orange
¼ cup water
1 cinnamon stick or ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 lime zest
10 g chopped nuts optional

Method:
1. Slice up the persimmon, before putting into a pan with the orange blossom water, water, and cinnamon, before simmering for 3 minutes, until the water is absorbed .
2. Serve it warm, with some dairy free coconut yogurt, lime zest, pomegranate and chopped nuts.
